Nodusfall Tier List Hub

A Nodusfall tier list in August 2026 is a preview tool, not a meta snapshot. There is no public client, no parse, no patch. What we can rank is the Gamescom four as first-hunt picks: who is easiest to execute, who a four-player contract actually needs, and who looks like a trap if you learned boss fights from soulslikes.

The detailed table lives on the demo roster. This hub explains the rules of the ranking so nobody treats a booth anecdote as a six-month main.

How this list is scored

• First-test value. Can a new Weaver complete a contract without a theorycraft document?
• Party need. Does a random four-player hunt break if this seat is empty?
• Mechanical clarity. Did multiple outlets describe the same kit, or is it a one-off screenshot?
• Solo comfort. The FAQ says most core content is soloable; some kits still look worse alone.

We do not score cosmetics, lore, or trailer seconds. We do not score unconfirmed pre-reveal names. We will throw this list out when a beta patch lands.

Quick take

Hexsworn and the bow ranger are the high-floor seats. The greatsword knight is high-impact and high-responsibility because clash is a timing test. The mage/hexer seat is exciting and under-documented, which is a polite way to say it is a B-tier recommendation until skill names exist.

If you are building a static group, force a knight plus Hexsworn, then let the last two seats fight over bow versus mage. If you are learning alone, bow or Hexsworn. Details, matchup notes, and why the tank is not “S because big sword” sit on the demo roster.

How not to use a pre-release list

Do not reroll. There is nothing to reroll. Do not skip Hexsworn because a trailer spent more seconds on a greatsword. Do not lock a main until you have clash-timed one hunt with your own hands. A letter grade is a conversation starter for roles, not a contract with the future live-service calendar. If a creator posts a ten-row S-tier screenshot next week with unnamed leaked Weavers, compare it to the demo roster and discard anything that cannot cite a public preview. Rankings that cannot point at GameRant, Inven, or Famitsu are fan fiction with extra color coding.
